ATP builds some useful GT25R/GT28R/GT28RS Installation Components
3D Discharge Flange, AN Adaptable Coolant Fittings, Oil Inlet Fitting with Oil Control, etc.

You know these "small" ball bearing turbos can make "BIG HP". For this reason, we want to make implementation as easy as possible. That's why, we've built some useful components that will compliment the install of the turbos and make your job easier!

	V-Band Adapter for GT25R/GT28R/GT28RS - High Flowing 3.00" V-band discharge offers a creative and modular unit that converts the discharge side of these GT turbos to 3.00" V-band for easy connection to any 3.00" V-band style downpipe.
	The Modular Coolant Fittings Kit – Our custom CNC machined 14mm banjo fitting sets allow for infinite flexibility in the way you hook up coolant supply through your GT Ball Bearing Turbo. Based upon another Garrett OEM design, these custom aluminum billet pieces have a ¼” NPT female at the end that allows any configuration of NPT to AN fitting to be installed and then connected to any configuration of hoses (ie. Steel braided, high temp silicone, rubber). These fittings allow for hose flow direction up to 360 degrees in any direction. Each banjo set comes with a CNC machined banjo, crush washers, and a banjo bolt.
	The Oil Inlet Fitting With Oil Control - Our custom CNC machined oil inlet fitting is a simple but elegant solution. Unlike the older T turbos, the GT Ball Bearing turbos use an inverted ¼” flare inlet. Our inlet fitting is designed as a simple adapter that screws on to the top of the turbo while allowing any -4 AN style oil feed line to screw onto it. In addition, we have incorporated a precisely drilled (.035) hole into the body of the fitting in order to restrict the excessive flow of oil (typically during morning startup) into the bearing housings that can overwhelm and blow the oil seals. We have seen oil leakage problems virtually disappear since we have begun using these fittings in all of our kits.
	The 3D Compressor Outlet Adapter/Flange for the GT28R - Our custom CNC machined flange is built to easily convert the GT28R compressor outlet to 2.00” OD hose connection like the rest of the Garrett turbo family. This conversion allows the GT28R to easily connect the compressor discharge to typical 2.00” silicone connectors.
	The 3D Discharge Flange – This purpose built flange is precision machined to act as a discharge flange and a small wastegate housing. It is .75” thick and has a .5” pocket carved into the inside in order to clear the full sweep of the turbine housing swingvalve. It bolts up using 5 allen head bolts via the counter-bored holes and allows a generic 3” bolt flange to bolt up to it.
